Hi! My name is Erin Colby and I am passionate about attachment and trauma therapy, helping people heal from the wounds caused by past experiences and relationships. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where my clients can explore their emotions, understand their attachment patterns, and work through the complex layers of trauma that may be affecting their lives.
I am also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which is an evidence-based psychotherapy specifically designed to treat intense emotions, self-harm, and borderline personality disorder. It combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with concepts of mindfulness and acceptance, aiming to balance change with acceptance.
My goal is to empower my clients to reconnect with their inner strength, develop healthier relationships, and find peace and fulfillment in their lives.
