Complex Trauma Treatment
So much of the anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, body image issues, substance abuse, etc. that we struggle with are related to unresolved thoughts and emotions connected to past experiences. The support and guidance of a therapist is fundamental to healing from trauma.
